Ruskin College

... was founded in 1899, as Ruskin Hall, to provide educational opportunities to adults who were excluded and disadvantaged. At the time this essentially meant working class men, who were denied access to university; today its mission is expressed as that of "giving individuals a second chance in education".

Ruskin College is not, and never has been, part of Oxford University. I'm not saying it's not "an Oxford college"; just clarifying.
